OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in rotating/moving parts of a wood chipper:  40 Gallison Ave., Marblehead, MA On or about September 29, 2020, an employee was exposed to rotating blades and moving parts while feeding tree limbs into the Bandit Hand Fed Wood Chipper (Model # 280XP, Serial # 000189) in that the employer failed to ensure that the equipment was maintained in a safe operating condition.
