29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a) At the site - on the north side of building 700 on the second floor, the foreman was performing carpentry work while using a chop saw connected to an extension cord with strain relief, creating an electrical hazard, on or about 8/25/2020.
