On or about October 7, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, thirteen (13) feet nine (9) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about October 7, 2020, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, nine (9) feet three (3) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
