29 CFR  1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure the floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided:  a) Production Area: On or about October 7, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to slips, trips, and falls in the  walk ways due to water accumulation from the drain hoses.
