29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that was 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling by one or more of the following:  Guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a. 1940 Twin Creeks Parkway, Suite 400, Conyers, GA (Temperature Control Room, Rack 2-D-10-C)- Warehouse employee were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees are accessing/climbing the upper storage racks to reposition the large stack/bag of material onto the forklift forks to be moved out of the rack, without the use of a fall protection system.   The upper racks area were not equipped with the standard guardrails along the open-sides of the racks, exposing employees to a fall of  11' to lower level concrete ground, on or about 10/05/20.
