29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iv): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, did not bring an employee to a complete stop and/or and did not limit maximum deceleration distance to 3.5 feet (1.07 m):  (a) At jobsite located at 2300 Laurel Road E Nokomis, Florida employee(s) performing truss installation work was exposed to 18 foot fall hazard where employer failed to ensure adequate fall protection for employees at a height of 18 feet.
