29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about 10/14/2020, employees from Tony Winkler Construction LLC were installing bracing on trusses on a rear of a residence located on lot  2 Adonia Ave. in Wentzville, MO. They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.   The two employees were observed working from the top plates and patio beams approximately eight to 9 feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
