29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(C)(1) : Each employee working in an aerial lift was not using a travel restraint system or personal fall arrest system:  On or about 10/15/2020, employee(s) of Tom's Tree Service LLC were clearing trees and branches at or near 8925 Highway N, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri.  The employer did not ensure that the Bucket Operator engaged in tree trimming operations with a chainsaw at approximately 15-20 feet above the ground was wearing a travel restraint or personal fall arrest system.   Tom's Tree Service LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.269(g)(2)(iv)(C)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498089, citation number 1, item number 3a and was affirmed as a final order on 4/13/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6957 Weldon Springs Road, Dardenne Prairie, Missouri.
