Precision Manufacturing Institute - On or about October 16, 2020, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, welding fumes during welding instruction activities. Employees were not provided effective information and training about hazardous chemicals in the workplace. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Precision Manufacturing Institute - On or about October 16, 2020, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous substances including, but not limited to, welding fumes during welding instruction activities. Safety data sheets for materials including, but not limited to, steel, UltraCore 712C Flux Cored Electrode, and ER70S Carbon Steel Electrode were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
