29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a- 12 Grande Boulevard, Tabernacle NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet to the ground surface below when walking on top of forms, used for a poured concrete basement, without the use of fall protection. Condition observed on or about 10/20/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a- 12 Grande Boulevard, Tabernacle NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 8 feet to the ground surface below when walking on top of forms, used for a poured concrete basement, without the use of fall protection. These employees had not received fall hazard recognition and minimization training from the employer at the time of and prior to the worksite inspection. Condition noted on or about 10/20/2020. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
