29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about October 15, 2020 at 1600 East Samford Ave, Auburn, Al, Bldg-9: The employer failed to ensure an employee installing gutters was protected from falls in that the employee was laying on a 5:12 pitch roof slightly leaning over the eave installing new gutters.  The employee had a rope tied to his utility belt with the owner holding the other end as he sat on the peak, exposing the employee to fall hazards of 30 feet.
