29 CFR  1910.178(m)(3): A safe place to ride was not provided where riding a powered industrial truck(s) was authorized:  On or about October 20, 2020, the employer did not ensure all employees had a safe place to ride when riding a powered industrial truck (PIT).  An employee was observed standing on the step mount outside of the PIT.  This exposed the employee to a struck-by hazard.
