29 CFR  1926.404(b)(1)(i): Employer did not use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(ii) of this section, or an assured equipment grounding conductor program as specified in paragraph (b)(1)(iii) of this section to protect employees on construction sites.  a) 909 Newark Turnpike, Kearny, NJ   Employees were exposed to electric shock as the extension cord did not have the GFCI protection.    Violation observed on or about 10/21/2020.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):  Each employee on walking/working surfaces shall be protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  a) 909 Newark Turnpike, Kearny, NJ   An employee was exposed to a fall hazard and was not protected from falling through skylights as required.   Violation occurred on or about 10/20/2020.
