29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.   On or about October 15, 2020 and times prior there to, the employees at a commercial construction jobsite, on the south side of building 15, working on the third level of a tubular welded frame scaffold had no end frames, exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet to the ground below.
