29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a.) Press Room - On or about October 24, 2020, the employer failed to provide effective guarding to protect employees working at or near the Goss Model C-700i Folder, Serial Number C-706143.   An employee reached into an unguarded discharge folder on the line 2 press and sustained a partial amputation of the right index finger.  The employee was exposed to nip points and rotating parts.
