29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about October 29  , 2020 the employer failed to ensure that effective machine guarding was in place on the C.R. Onsrud CNC wood mill (model 72c16, serial # 72060601). Employees are exposed to the flying wood chips and debris during operations. Barrier guarding was not present to protect employees from the debris.
