29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Jobsite located at 1437 Brown St, Philadelphia, PA: The employer did not provide an effective training program for employees performing roofing operations from an 8:12 pitch residential roof thus exposing the employees to 30 foot fall hazards.
