29 CFR  1910.212(a)(2):Guard(s) on machine(s) were not affixed to the machine or secured elsewhere when attachment to the machine was not possible:  Employee conducting working operations at the board prep, using the Jet Drill Press, was exposed to struck-by hazards in that the drill press point of operation was unguarded.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  Employee conducting charging operations of forklift at the Power Source Lifeguard 1 charging station, was exposed to electrical shock hazards, in that the insulation had pulled away from the connector.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.

29 CFR  1910.303(b)(7)(iv):Electric equipment had damaged parts that may adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating.  Employees conducting working operations in the extruder area where exposed to electrical burn hazards, in that the electrical panel D had a no working locking mechanism, preventing the cover from securing.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(2) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
