29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person:   a- Lot 532, 5 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: On or about 10/22/2020, Gustavo Quintomillno dba Lifetime Contractor Corporation, Inc. had not initiated a program to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, to identify hazards and/or stop the work in the event workers were placed in a hazardous condition.  As such employees performing framing and other related activities were exposed to fall and struck by hazards at the worksites.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee use appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors or potentially injurious light radiation:  a-Lot 532 - 5 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards when using pneumatic nailers, portable circular saws, etc. without eye or face protection.  Condition observed on or about 10/22/2020.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a- Lot 532, 5 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, when performing framing and related activities at the worksite without the use of fall protection.  At the time of the exposure the worksite company employees had not received fall hazard recognition and minimization training from the company.  Condition noted on or about 10/22/2020.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
