Employees were exposed to fall hazards of 20 feet to the ground.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(6):Unsecured ladder(s) were used on surfaces that were not stable and level:  (a) 5462 Spring Ridge Dr. West  Macungie, PA, Roof:  On or about November 9, 2020, employees utilized an unsecured ladder to access an upper level of a pitched roof. The ladder was placed on an unlevel roof peak  which exposed employees to fall hazards.
