29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall:            a) On or about November 9, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling from elevations up to approximately 30 feet (three stories) when climbing a portable ladder while carrying materials to the roof deck.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
