29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  (a) Jolly Construction, Inc. at 1018 Ranch View Rd., Grand Junction, CO: On and about November 16, 2020, the controlling employer did not initiate a program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person. This condition exposed subcontractor employees to falls height up to approximately 21.5 feet on a residential roof during framing work.
