(dba: DeMarois Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Mercedes-Benz) Automotive Repair Shop, Mercedes-Benz Bays:  On or about November 18, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to tripping hazards while walking and working in and around the unprotected 4 inch round floor hole, 15 inches in depth.  b)  DeMarois, Inc. (dba: DeMarois Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Mercedes-Benz) Automotive Repair Shop, Mercedes-Benz Bays:  On or about November 18, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to tripping hazards while walking and working in and around the unprotected 4 inch round floor hole, 17 inches in depth.  c)  DeMarois, Inc. (dba: DeMarois Buick, Oldsmobile, GMC, Mercedes-Benz) Automotive Repair Shop, Mercedes-Benz Bays:  On or about November 18, 2020 and at times prior employees were exposed to tripping hazards while walking and working in and around the unprotected square floor hole (5 inches by 9 inches) measuring 4 inches in depth.
