29 CFR  1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  On or about November 16, 2020, employees engaged in drilling operations were exposed to electrical shock hazards due to electrical breaker boxes having damaged and/or loose strain reliefs in the following instances:  a)	Trailer #1063 - Company Man living quarter (8/4 flexible cord with oversize strain relief)   b)	Trailer #839 - Solids Control Man & Mud Man (8/4 flexible cord with oversize strain relief)
