29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about December 19, 2020, at the site located on 3835 Chapman Bluff Dr. in Spring, TX, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet while installing solar panels on a roof of a house without a fall protection system.
