29 CFR  1910.176(a): Aisle(s) and passageway(s) were not kept clear and in good repair with no obstruction across or in aisles that could create a hazard:  On or about November 14, 2020, in the refrigerated warehouse located at 1171 N. State Road 7 in Royal Palm Beach, Florida, employees were exposed to a caught-in-between hazard when operating powered industrial trucks (tugger) in a warehouse where a fire extinguisher and it's support brackets were located on the aisle side of building steel support column creating an obstruction.
