29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a)  1604 Grand Ave, Billings, MT:  On or about November 19, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards from heights of approximately 10 feet to the ground below while installing shingles on a commercial building without fall protection.
