29 CFR OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to the hazard of struck-by:   Field Site: On or about December 01, 2020, employees engaged in pipe loading and unloading activities were exposed to struck-by hazards.  Pipe stakes installed on the trailer do not keep the load from sliding or rolling off the trailer when the load is stacked higher than the stakes.
