29 CFR 1910.178(m)(7): Brakes were not set and/or wheel blocks were not in place to prevent movement of trucks, trailers, or railroad cars while loading and unloading:  a- Eastway Commerce Corporation, 100 Sweetwater Lane Edison, NJ 08837 -  Warehouse/At the loading dock 35 - Employees operating forklifts to enter trailers were exposed to a struck by and caught in hazard, in that, measures to prevent the displacement of trailers while loading and offloading were not taken.
