29 CFR  1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  a) Jiffy Lube Oil Change & Multicare, 1829 E 3rd St, Williamsport, PA 17701 -  Employees worked with corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Mighty Industrial Purple Floor Cleaner (potassium hydroxide) and an appropriate eye wash station was not available in the work area, on or about December 3, 2020.
