29 CFR  1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects:  On or about December 3, 2020 or prior to, at jobsite located at 1643 Donna Road West Palm Beach, FL 33409, the employer did not ensure an employee was wearing a hard hat while trimming tree branches, exposing employees to head injury, as a result of falling objects.

On or about December 3, 2020 or prior to, at jobsite located at 1643 Donna Road West Palm Beach, FL 33409, the employer did not report the work-related hospitalization of an employee within 24 hours to OSHA.
