29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. a) On or about December 08, 2020, on the Northwest side of the parking lot, an employee was replacing light bulbs from an aerial lift (Ford Work Truck) at an elevated height of approximately twenty-five (25) feet above ground without wearing any fall protection.
