An employee's leg was caught and entangled by the exposed wing pulley assembly while conducting housekeeping activities in proximity to the conveyor.   b) Horizontal belt conveyor - The employer did not ensure that the two pulley assemblies on the horizontal belt conveyor were adequately guarded, exposing employees to entanglement and amputation hazards.   c) Block incline belt conveyor (Model#361/SN#82537-2) - The employer did not ensure that the wing pulley assembly was adequately guarded, exposing employees to entanglement hazards.  Condition noted on or about 10/14/20.
