This was most recently documented on or about December 8, 2020 at a residential construction jobsite located at 1036 Fall Creek Road, Lincoln, Nebraska. Employees were operating pneumatic nail guns while shingling a roof without the use of eye protection.

This was most recently documented on or about December 8, 2020 at 1036 Fall Creek Road, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure with a roof pitch greater than 6:12. The employees where installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 18 feet 6 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection
