29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 31591 Shambo Rd., Lot 91 Churchill, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about December 10, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 10 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 31591 Shambo Rd., Lot 91 Churchill, Spanish Fort, Alabama:  On or about December 10, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 14 feet 9 inches to the ground below.
