Environmental Coordination Services and Recycling, Inc. dba ECS&R, 3237 U.S. Highway 19, Cochranton, PA  16314, baler area, on or about December 7, 2020 and times prior thereto:  A orange flexible electrical extension cord was running from an electrical receptacle and to the flexible cord of a Towermax KSU Panamax Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor.  The flexible extension cord and the surge suppressor were powering a Ohrus T31P digital scale (S/N:  0020504-6DM).  The use of the flexible electrical extension cord was prohibited in that the flexible electrical extension cord was used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure.  B.)  Environmental Coordination Services and Recycling, Inc. dba ECS&R, 3237 U.S. Highway 19, Cochranton, PA  16314, baler area, on or about December 7, 2020 and times prior thereto:  A orange flexible electrical extension cord was running from an electrical receptacle and to the flexible cord of a Towermax KSU Panamax Transient Voltage Surge Suppressor.
