29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  South State Bank, N.A.,  1851 North Elm St., Commerce, GA - On or about 1/12/21, employees were provided and used cleaning solutions and disinfectants such as but not limited to Foaming Cleaner,  Neutral Disinfectant 256 and Lysol. A written hazard communication was not developed and implemented.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:   South State Bank, N.A.,  1851 North Elm St., Commerce, GA - On or about 1/12/21, employees were provided and used cleaning solutions and disinfectants such as but not limited to Foaming Cleaner,  Neutral Disinfectant 256 and Lysol.  A written hazard communication was not developed and implemented. Two plastic spray bottles containing disinfectants were not labeled with the content and any other hazard warning.

The safety data sheets for each product was not maintained and were not available for employees.

Information and training on the hazardous chemicals were not provided to employees.
