29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   Express Employment Professionals at 2711 W 10th St., Greeley, CO 80634: On and before December 8, 2020, the employer did not ensure employees working at Nichols Tillage Tools, Inc. at 312 Hereford Ave, Sterling, CO 80751, were protected from crushing hazards while working near the Pacific Hydraulic OBL Press, Model 400 without the use of machine guards. The presence sensing control device present was not operating and an employee sustained a crushing injuries to their hands.
