29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(1):  Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use  (a) SFL Electric LLC at 3101 W 97th Ave. Westminster, CO 80031: On or before 12/17/2020 the employer did not retain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for each chemical used. Out of date MSDS were used instead. This condition prevented employees from having up to date information on the hazards associated with the chemicals they used.
