29 CFR  1910.243(c)(3): Abrasive wheels used on vertical portable grinder(s) (right angle head grinders) were not provided with safety guard(s) having a maximum exposure angle of 180 degrees and located between the operator and wheel:  (a) Northco Plant - On or about 12/21/2020, an employee was operating a Metabo angle grinder with an unguarded 4-1/2 inch abrasive "flapper" disc installed, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.  (b) Northco Plant - On or about 12/21/2020, an employee was operating a Metabo angle grinder with an unguarded 6 inch abrasive wheel installed, exposing the employee to struck-by hazards.
