29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes.  a) Roof of Wabash National building, 2051 US-41, Griffin, GA 30224: On December 11, 2020, the employer exposed employees to falls of approximately 25 feet in elevation in that the employer did not require and enforce the use of personal fall arrest systems as employees applied protective covers over skylights.
