29 CFR  1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  a.)	On or about January 4, 2021, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from amputation hazards while operating the #OB Step 7 pneumatic press. On December 21, 2020 an employee was operating the press with a bypassed two hand control, resulting in a partial finger amputation.
