29 CFR  1926.50(b): Provisions were not made prior to commencement of the project for prompt medical attention in case of serious injury:  (a) On or about December 17, 2020 - Moore Farms Job Site, there were no signs with the name of the job site where the name of the apartment complex (The Collins) was not the same as the job name, the job site address was gated, and it was necessary to drive down a side street to find an entrance to the construction site exposing employees to the hazards associated with lack of prompt medical attention.
