29 CFR  1926.416(a)(1) : Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:  (a) On or about 1/4/2021 - 2400 Rideout Road Huntsville, AL 35808,  in the mezzanine area behind the mezzanine wall and above the first floor rooms, employees troubleshooting were exposed to 277-volt electrical shock hazards and not protected against electrical shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or by guarding effectively.
