29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Jobsite at 61-65 Camp Street in North Kingstown: (a) On or about January 5, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately twenty feet, while working on a roof with an approximate 12/18 pitch.
