29 CFR  1926.153(h)(15): The total water capacity of containers manifolded together for connection to a heater or heaters, for use in an unpartitioned area on the same floor, was greater than 735 Pounds (nominal 300 pounds LP-Gas capacity) and such manifolds were not separated by at least 20 feet:  (a) Jobsite located at 111-113 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA: The employer failed to protect employees against fire and struck-by hazards in that four 100 lb. LP gas tanks were manifolded together for connection to a portable heater on the same floor, exceeding the maximum 300 nominal pounds allowed for LP gas capacity.   (b) Jobsite located at 111-113 N 3rd St, Philadelphia, PA: The employer failed to protect employees against fire and struck-by hazards in that four 100 lb. LP gas tanks, manifolded together for connection to a portable heater on the same floor, were not separated by at least 20 feet.  Condition noted on or about the 18-day period of Dec. 21, 2020 - Jan. 8, 2021.
