29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(4): Ladder(s) were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed:   a- 47 E Ramapo Ave, Mahwah NJ : (Carpenters Scaffold):  Employees engaged in carpentry activities from a carpenters scaffold work platform using a folded A-Frame ladder for access were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft due to ladder kick out hazards as the A frame ladder was not being used according to its intended use. Condition noted or about 01/8/2020.
