29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) 540 North Main Avenue, Scranton, PA: Employees who performed roofing work  on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges were not protected from fall hazards of greater than 20 feet, on or about January 14, 2021.  Down Neck Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13),  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1447714, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on December 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3205 Troon Drive, Center Valley, PA.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
