29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   6 Bristol Street, Salem, MA  On or about 1/15/21, employees engaged in roofing work were not protected from falls greater than 6 feet by personal fall arrest systems or other measures;   a) An employee conducting roofing work on a small roof over a window was exposed to an approximate 24 foot fall hazard.   b) An employee conducting roofing work on a garage roof was exposed to an approximate 7 foot fall hazard.
