When wet processes are used, drainage must be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided.    a) Extruder Department Central Area - On January 14, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a dry condition to prevent slip and fall hazards.  The floor was wet from the roof leak.  b) Extruder Department South Area -  On January 14, 2021, the employer did not ensure that the floor was maintained in a dry condition to prevent slip and fall hazards.  The floor was wet from the roof leak.
